  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
    Job details
  • 13 or 15 week contracts available
  • Required: At least 2 years of care management with discharge planning experience in a hospital setting
  • Required: CarePort (WellSky) and EPIC experience
  • Certifications Required: BLS
  • First timers accepted
  • No weekends or holidays required
  • Our Case Managers are service based, they follow provider teams.
  • This coverage would be for any of our adult teams. We have Case Management Assistants that help with CarePort referrals.
  • Ratios 1:28.
    Job requirements

I really enjoy working for Access Healthcare. My recruite, Deina, goes to bat for me. The agency pays better than other agencies. They will match pay as well. Their CEO, Diego is very down to earth and transparent. They will also pay for your certifications and RN license fees. You just show them the receipt and they are able to refund you on the next paycheck.
