Job details

THIS IS A ADULT UNIT - MUST BE COMFORTABLE AND EXPERIENCED - DO NOT SUBMIT IF THEY CAN'T START 1/6! Works with the multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions. Utilizes the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care. Provides clinical supervision of MHW's to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care. The Co-Occurring Disorders Inpatient Treatment Program offers 24-hour care in a safe and nurturing environment that's designed to promote healing and ongoing recovery.

Job requirements

5 years of experience as an RN required (recent experience must be within the last 3 months) - REQUIRED
Psych/Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume - REQUIRED
Must be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts - REQUIRED
Will consider first time travelers
Resume with psych experience and age groups listed Ex. Psych RN - Facility - (AGE GROUP/POPULATION) - DATES
RTO cannot exceed 7 days
Psych skills checklist (within the last year)
2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment
Certifications - certifications don’t need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
License - confirm they are willing and eligible to obtain (please include this in the profile)
Driver's license or candidates address must be included in the submission packet

Additional Details

CPI - offered onsite; no need to confirm at time of submission

Their CEO, Diego is very down to earth and transparent. They will also pay for your certifications and RN license fees.
