Job details

Speech therapists develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive and communication abilities, and to decrease aspirations.
Leads, guides and directs the delivery of speech language pathology and audiology services in the facility in accordance with local, state and federal regulations, standards and established facility policies and procedures.

Job requirements

A valid, unrestricted license in his/her therapy discipline in the state.
Meet educational requirements of his/her licensure requirements.
Valid driver’s license.
1 year of SLP experience - REQUIRED.
LTC or Rehab experience - Required.
MO State License - Required.
CCC certified SLP - Required.

Additional Details

Will accept one Reference at time of submission.
8 hrs of NBO.
Lee's Summit Pointe is a small 32 bed Rehab to Home facility with an emphasis on providing outstanding customer service and care.

I really enjoy working for Access Healthcare. My recruite, Deina, goes to bat for me. The agency pays better than other agencies. They will match pay as well. Their CEO, Diego is very down to earth and transparent. They will also pay for your certifications and RN license fees. You just show them the receipt and they are able to refund you on the next paycheck.
