Job details

Provides coordinates and directs the provision of home nursing care according to physicians orders based on agency policies and procedures through the competent application of the nursing process. Responsible to Clinical Manager Directly Supervises and Evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses.
Home visits. Periodic office meetings. Must have reliable transportation current drivers license and agency-required liability insurance.
Average # of patients/day: 5-8
Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day that equate to roughly 6-8 points.
Types of Cases: Start of Care, Wound Care, Follow up Visits, etc.
Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience depending on the specialty.
First-timers accepted: No, must have recent specialty experience.
Weekend REQ: Varies per location and profession please have traveler discuss during the interview.

Job requirements

Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience depending on the specialty.
CPR BLS required.
Must have license in hand.
Proficient with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and used it within the last 6 months.

Schedule information

Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule of assignment hours: M - F 8am - 5pm
Will there be any weekend rotation: No
Will there be any on call: Varies per location and profession please have traveler discuss during the interview.

Additional Details

Required documentation to provide includes Driver's License/State ID.
Must complete compliance basics prior to start.
Required policies and documents must be reviewed and signed prior to start.

I really enjoy working for Access Healthcare. My recruite, Deina, goes to bat for me. The agency pays better than other agencies. They will match pay as well. Their CEO, Diego is very down to earth and transparent. They will also pay for your certifications and RN license fees. You just show them the receipt and they are able to refund you on the next paycheck.
