Will position float between units: Yes
Is on-call required? No
Are weekends required? Yes every other
Are block schedules required? No
What are expected ratios? 1:3, 1:2, 1:1
Special requirements: some low acuity NICU experience preferred, BLS-AHA, NRP, may float to peds to care for NICU stepdown babies if needed.
Are 48 hours approved: No

I really enjoy working for Access Healthcare. My recruite, Deina, goes to bat for me. The agency pays better than other agencies. They will match pay as well. Their CEO, Diego is very down to earth and transparent. They will also pay for your certifications and RN license fees. You just show them the receipt and they are able to refund you on the next paycheck.
