Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any 'on-call' time worked

Job requirements

MA RN LICENSE REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION
2-3 years of experience at minimum
current licensure, in good standing, by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
active MA license required at time of submission
CPR-AHA required
EPIC EMR experience required

Schedule information

8H Day shift 7-3:30 or 8-4:30p

Unit specific information

MUST HAVE PROCEDURE ROOM EXPERIENCE - must be able to do pre/post op and procedure room

Additional Details

PASS/FAIL ECG/TELE TEST AND MEDICATIONS TEST DURING ONBOARDING - ONE ATTEMPT ONLY TO PASS
Dysrhythmia (20 questions) and Medication (20 questions) tests are now administered by CCH via Zoom Protector meeting PRIOR to assignment
RN’s to test within 48 hrs of confirmation
85% is the passing score, there is NO opportunity for remediation or re-sit
COVID + booster and Flu vaccine required - medical exemptions are acceptable
NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility)
Biweekly orientation, 12/30, 01/13
NM to interview and offer
ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB
Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as perm or per diem within the last year will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for one year to be considered - perm, per diem or travel

I really enjoy working for Access Healthcare. My recruite, Deina, goes to bat for me. The agency pays better than other agencies. They will match pay as well. Their CEO, Diego is very down to earth and transparent. They will also pay for your certifications and RN license fees. You just show them the receipt and they are able to refund you on the next paycheck.
