Job details

Registered Nurse position available in the Cardiovascular Medicine specialty at Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, Tennessee. This is a Travel/Contract role with a 13-week contract length. The shift details include 4x12s Nights 6:30p-6am, with no call and every other weekend requirement. Floating is also required.

Job requirements

2 years of experience (preferred), ACLS/BLS/NIH. Accepts 1st time travelers. Traveler’s permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospital’s service area.

Schedule information

General orientation will begin on Sundays which will be online CBLs. Block scheduling considered.

Additional Details

Traveler expected to participate in nursing student support and clinical education in every nursing specialty at Ballad Health. Confirmations should include 16 hours of nonbillable orientation.
Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty if there's a decrease in census.
Additional shifts picked up as overtime will be flexed as needed.

Their CEO, Diego is very down to earth and transparent. They will also pay for your certifications and RN license fees. You just show them the receipt and they are able to refund you on the next paycheck.
