General Information X-ray Room: 3 Fluoroscopy 4 Plain Film 7 Portables 7 C-arms
This position will be providing X-ray services between Mary Bridge and Tacoma General- - routinely imaging pediatric and adult patients Must be a strong candidate, will be working independently amongst other staff. Average X-Ray per day: 190 (24h period) Patient Types: Inpatient, Outpatient Fluoroscopy, ED, trauma, inpatient units NICU, OR Neonates-Geriatrics X-Ray: Fluoroscopy Procedures (inpatient and outpatient neonates, pediatric, adult, geriatrics), OR (cross tables spine, cervical ortho), all body parts (chest, abdominal, hand, joint, extremity, spine) Must be familiar with neonates, pediatrics, ICU patients Covid & PPE: Skills required X-Ray: General X-ray (plain film, abdomen, pelvis), fluoroscopy, OR & Trauma experience Portable imaging (required) Knowledgeable on C-arms Will transport ED patients to and from X-Ray Protocols Manuals available in the department Support on the Unit: Lead Tech (Days only) Multiple X-ray staff members Will be carrying iPhone for quick response (dependent the area you are assigned to) Radiology leadership Charting System/Equipment: EPIC (Required) McKesson PACS (Strongly preferred) Radiant - subset of EPIC X-Rays- Siemens (all digital) (Strongly preferred) Portable X-Ray- Shimadzu (preferred) C-Arms- OEC (required) Floating: Mary Bridge (connected within TG)
