Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Home Health - HH to join our travel team in Louisville, KY! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

Active KY Housecall Home Health, Inc. (20062) license
2+ years of Home Health - HH experience
This position begins on 11/25/2024 and ends on 02/23/2025
