Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Home Health - HH to join our travel team in Indianapolis, IN! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

Active IN Amedisys Sp-IN LLC (20092) license
2+ years of Home Health - HH experience
This position begins on 11/11/2024 and ends on 02/08/2025
