Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Case Management - Case Mgt to join our travel team in Evansville, IN! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

Active IN Case Management 001 (67204) license
2+ years of Case Management - Case Mgt experience
This position begins on 11/11/2024 and ends on 02/09/2025
