Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Case Management - Case Mgt to join our travel team in Eureka, CA! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

Active CA Social Worker,260.27634 license
2+ years of Case Management - Case Mgt experience
This position begins on 11/25/2024 and ends on 02/24/2025
