Pros
Nightshift ED staff is awesome and great to work with, the charge nurses all do a great job with assignments, providers are great, it's overall a really great place to work.
Cons
There's some pushback from medsurg nurses sometimes when patients need to go up, not as bad as some facilities, but still annoying nonetheless. It's not really a con, but a very large portion of the patient population only spoke spanish, fluency in spanish is helpful here.
