Summary:

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform quality routine nursing care to assigned patients; may include patients with G-Tubes, Trachs and Vents.
  • Monitor and act on patient progress and identify any changes in status.
  • Perform patient teaching/training for patients and families.
  • Communicate with all staff, patients and families with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures, while upholding the expectations of Advanced Care Partners.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid LVN license in Texas or a compact nursing license. 
  • Active CPR certification (ONLINE COMPANIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE).
  • Two or more years of experience is preferred; new graduates accepted based on completion of preceptorship.
  • Valid PPD skin test.
