Responsibilities:
- Provide three-on-one patient care
- Administer medication, take vitals
- Assist our patients with daily care, such as grooming and toileting
- Provide emotional support to our patients
- Work with physicians to ensure that proper treatment is always administered
- Observe symptoms and report to the physicians
- Observe our patients for changes in health
- Ensure safety of our patients: work as a nurse advocate to safeguard our patient's rights
- Provide recreation and diversion for patients
- Record and document medical findings, symptoms, and observations
- Act as a consultant for our patient's welfare
Required Qualifications:
- Active CPR certification (skills & cognitive)
- Valid RN Florida or Compact license
- Valid PPD skin test

Our prescribed pediatric extended care (PPEC) facilities enable children with medically complex conditions to receive medical and therapeutic care at a non-residential pediatric center, where they can enjoy a daycare environment that’s safe and designed specifically for them. Currently caring for patients in Port St. Lucie, with new locations coming soon to Fort Pierce and Titusville.
