NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License
2 recent MS Charge/Manager RN References
Skills Checklist matching specialty
Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
Current AHA BLS

Beds and Unit:
272 bed LTC Post acute care 7 units includes (2 secure dementia units)
Post acute rehab – a lot of pts from hospital (2,3, 5, 7 mix short term rehab)
1 person on 10L Continuous bipap, no vents, no new trachs, tube feeds, foleys, IVs, PICCs, ports, fresh post op hips/knees/ elective surgeries, wound care, neb treatments.
No admissions past 3 PM RN supervisor (they are alone on off shift (nights, weekend, holidays) so they are tending to any acute change like a fall, need to go ER, Head to toe assessment, calling provider, getting them over to ED and LPN Dementia, Chronic Illnesses, Diabetes, Rehab.
