Job Title: Interventional Neuro Radiology Technician
Standard shift: Days
Weekly schedule: 5x8 
Schedule Notes: 
5-8 hour shifts with room for negotiation at maximum of 4-10 hour shifts.
This is not a rotating shift schedule.
2-3 call shifts per month along with at least 1 holiday assignment.   Description:
The ideal candidate will assist in image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging, patient safety, and sterile technique during interventional radiology cases. This role requires technical expertise, precision, and collaboration with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff. Demonstrates competency in the use of Hospital information System (HIS), Radiology Information System (RIS) and PACS
 
Qualifications:
Education:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program   Licensing/Certification:
Active New York State Radiologic Technologist license or eligibility to obtain
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R)
ARRT certification in Interventional Radiology (VI) or Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred)   Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or a related imaging specialty.
Must have Neurosurgery/neuroscience
