Weekly schedule: 5x8 [Scheduled 40 hrs., Works 36 after breaks]

#755145 - Shift Timings: 11:00 AM - 09:00 PM

Float: General OR. May float to L&D but rarely

MISC: Required to work weekends & holidays as needed.

Job Summary:
The OR Tech, under general supervision by the OR Manager/Surgery Center Manager is a member of the OR Team, working with surgeons, registered nurses, anesthesiologists, certified nurse anesthetists and ancillary support personnel whose primary function is scrubbing for surgical cases.
Other functions include handling instruments, supplies, medication, media, specimens, and instrument cases.
When fully trained the OR Tech assumes responsibility for call.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
Min 2yrs
Must have Ophthalmology and Ortho experience.
Previous hospital experience as an OR technologist preferred
Must have experience working Ortho cases.

Licensure / Certification:
CST Certification
BLS
