Description:
Continuously monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' conditions, including physical and neurological status.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and diagnoses.
Administer medications, including intravenous therapies, and monitor patients for therapeutic effects and side effects.
Provide education to patients and families about heart conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
