Shift Timings: 5x8 - 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM | 4x10 - 07:30 AM - 05:30 PM [Block scheduling cannot be accommodated]

Description:
Must live 80 Miles away from facility
Physical Therapists of all levels of experience.
Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload.
Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided.
Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up.
Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines.
Works as a collaborative team member with other staff.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exhibits an engaging, friendly and professional demeanor with patients.
Strong clinical decision-making skills.

Required Experience:
01 - 02 years' experience as a PT.

Required Education:
2 year associate degree from an accredited physical therapy program.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
Current or eligible to practice as a Physical Therapy in New York State.
BLS required.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with Microsoft Office products and electronic medical record.
