Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist
Standard shift: Days
Weekly schedule: 5x8
EMR: EPIC
Scrub color: Any Description:
Outpatient and inpatient coverage, will need to know outpatient well, while having SNF or inpatient experience as this is somewhat needed.
Primary location will be Brookings with floating to Gold Beach as needed.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients regain mobility and function.
This role requires strong clinical skills, compassion, and a collaborative approach to patient care. Qualifications:
Education:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited progra Licensing/Certification:
Active Oregon Physical Therapy license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
