Standard Shift: Nights

Weekly Schedule: 3x12, 07:00 PM to 07:00 AM.

EMR Experience: EPIC charting.

Description:
Provide direct, hands-on care to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor patient conditions, and document changes in health status, such as vital signs and symptoms.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, discharge instructions, medications, and health maintenance.
Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and any changes in condition, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:
RN License (OR License only).
One (01) year Experience.
BLS, ACLS required.
