25 bed critical access. EPIC/Omnicell

12 hour shifts. Will work alone at times Call is required on weekends and holiday call will vary.

Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Respiratory Therapist-Minnesota, NBRC-CRT (Cert Respiratory Therapist), ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Prog/NALS)

Physical Abilities: From 50-100lbs
