Located in upstate New York, this 25-bed critical access hospital and 160-bed nursing home facility also offers hospice and home care services to the community. Nestled in the Black River Valley between the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains and the Tug Hill Plateau, enjoy hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, snowmobiling, and more. You will also find museums, shopping, vineyards, and dining. Take a short trip into Canada or Syracuse.
