Job Description & Requirements
Occupational Therapist - Acute - (OT - Acute)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1520.41 - $1665.98

OT needed asap for 13 weeks Orientation is weekly, on Mondays. Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: possible, Saturday only, no more than 8 hours • Call Requirements: none • Required Certifications: BLS Must Have Skills/Experience: Good communication, efficient, • Preferred Skillset/Experience: neuro, geriatrics, ortho, home modification & family education • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CVA, amputees, multi-trauma, traumatic hip fx, debility • Personality Fit: Flexible, team oriented, outgoing, attention to detail • Required Education: BS or higher OT Patient Population: adult, geriatrics Intermittent coverage may be needed for acute setting. Equipment: Lift equipment available • EHR: Paragon Clinical Carestation • Scrub Color: any • Any unacceptable attire: no jeans, leggings, t-shirts, large graphics

Occupational Therapist, Acute Experience: 2 years Licenses: OT-NC Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required • Required Certifications: BLS

• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CVA, amputees, multi-trauma, traumatic hip fx, debility
