StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1426.41 - $1562.98

OT needed asap for 13 weeks 8:00AM-4:30PM Type of Equipment: Acute Care- Portable equipment Documentation System: Meditech & Redoc Must have: (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH) · BLS FL lic required List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s): · Evaluations and Treatments Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently) · Previous acute care experience preferred but not required · Likes a fast-paced environment Scrub Color – Gray scrubs

Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Acute Experience: 1 year Licenses: OT-FL Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Must have: (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH)
