Cath Lab Technologist - (Cath Lab Tech)
StartDate: 12/23/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1822.94 - $2100.35

VIT/ Cath lab Tech needed asap for 13 weeks Variable (0 Monday- Friday) *Subject to CHANGE Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Required Certifications: Graduation from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology, either college affiliated, or hospital trained along with an Arkansas License, ACLS, BLS Years of Experience: 2+ years Must Have Skills/Experience: 2-3 years of Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Cath Lab EMR: EPIC Scrub Color: Black Responsible for the care and safety of patients undergoing treatment and use of equipment to minimize hazards of electric shock, burns and extraneous radiation to patients. Instructs and prepares patients for radiographic and/or fluoroscopic examinations. Assesses patients understanding of process and informed consent of invasive procedures. Demonstrates the ability to assess cardiorespiratory systems for changes in pediatric to geriatric patients and is able to treat appropriately. Directs and assists in maintenance and handling of special equipment, monitors and instruments. Assists in maintaining basic records and reports. Has knowledge of hospital policies and the functions of other departments. Maintains sterile technique when appropriate. Practices medical and surgical aseptic procedures.

Required Qualifications
Cath Lab Technologist, Cath Lab Experience: 2 years Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy needed) AND Vascular Interventional Technologist, Vascular Experience: 2 years Certifications: R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Required Certifications: Graduation from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology, either college affiliated, or hospital trained along with an Arkansas License
Must Have Skills/Experience: 2-3 years of Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Cath Lab
