Physical Therapist Assistant - Skilled - (PTA)
StartDate: 1/6/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1432.00 - $1650.00

NO NEW GRADS, license in hand – won’t officially book until license is active. Must have at least 1 reference on file. PTA needed for 13 week assignment - 1/6 start date, Mon-Fri schedule.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled
Licenses: PTA-CA(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS
Float: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities to maintain guarantee hours (w/i 30miles)
Scrub Colors: any color scrubs or business casual
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
