Job Description & Requirements
Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist - (Cardio - CI Tech - CVIT)
StartDate: 12/16/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2219.20 - $2556.90

Must have 2+ references in the last 12 months of employment by a Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or Supervisor, no gaps of 30+ days in work history, and a recent Skills Checklist IN ORDER TO BE SUBMITTED. IR Tech with 2+ years of experience needed. VT License or proof of application status, ARRT, BLS(AHA) and Covid + Flu vaccinations/declinations are required at time of submission. Must have Level 1 Trauma experience. Patient population is mostly adults. Must have Epic experience within the past year. All work history must include bed count, EMR used and facility type in order to be submitted. Please note no block schedules for any reason. Public transportation is NOT accessible in this area. Please ensure that you have reliable transportation, personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during the months of Nov-April.

Certifications: VI-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
On Call: call required

Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months
