Certified Radiology Technologist - (RAD Tech)
StartDate: 12/16/2024 Available Shifts: 12 D/E/N, 10 D/E/N Pay Rate: $1614.93 - $1860.68
Rad tech needed asap for 13 weeks Shifts: Shifts: 10 or 12 hours shifts with 3 to 4 call days per week · No guarantee of hours. No guarantee of time requested off Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the operation of radiographic equipment; functions independently without supervision. Knowledge of radiation safety and protocols. Must have dosimeter badge. Experience with Meditech EMR, Philips DR, and Konica DR preferred A minimum of two (2) years as a radiologic technologist. · Traveler must arrive on island the Friday prior to the Monday start for HR/EH clearance appointments. · Licensure: A current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer. · Certification: A current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, and a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Knowledge of radiation safety and protocols.
Must have dosimeter badge. Experience with Meditech EMR, Philips DR, and Konica DR preferred

Proudly serving residents of the Hilo area, this medical center is the largest facility in the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation and provides care to a wide range of patients, alongside sister institutions Ka'u Hospital and Hale Ho'ola Hamakua. The facility was established in 1897 and has grown from a 10-bed hospital to a 276-bed state-of-the-art medical institution, with numerous accredited clinics and an in-house home care agency. The facility offers a full suite of services, including 24-hour ER, cardiac care, EEG, oncology and imaging, among others.
