Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)
StartDate: 12/23/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1565.47 - $1803.70

PT needed asap for 13 weeks Day shift, M-F, working every 4th weekend Facility Setting? Inpatient rehab 1-2 years experience RI lic required Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? yes, to acute care/med surg units Number of beds in your facility? 20 Preferred experience level? acute rehab (or subacute rehab), acute care EMR for your facility: Cerner Scrub colors / dress code: light gray Parking Location: onsite, marked staff parking

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute Experience: 1 year Licenses: PT-RI Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Facility Setting? Inpatient rehab
1-2 years experience
RI lic required

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred experience level? acute rehab (or subacute rehab), acute care
