Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)
StartDate: 12/1/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1585.22 - $1826.44

PT needed asap for 12 weeks MON - FRI (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM) Weekend – Yes Call Requirements: No Guaranteed Hours: 36 Floating Guidelines: As Needed Special Skills/Experience required: 2+ Documentation system: Meditech Floating policy: As needed Hospital: Med City Alliance Location: Fort Worth, TX Requested Skill Set: Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) BLS 2+ Years of Hosp. experience Must have In-Patient Rehab and/or Hospital Experience Wound Care Experience Required Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) Experience with the following: 2-3 Years of experience in Rehab and/or acute hospital. Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (PT) Active PTOT TX License – no Temp License allowed PT: Hunter Green - Scrubs Require Purchase

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute Experience: 2 years Licenses: PT-TX Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Must have In-Patient Rehab and/or Hospital Experience
Wound Care Experience Required

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) Experience with the following:
2-3 Years of experience in Rehab and/or acute hospital.
