Occupational Therapist - Skilled - (OT)
StartDate: 12/23/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1831.48 - $2110.18

NO NEW GRADS, license in hand - won’t officially book until license is active. Must have at least 1 reference on file. OT needed for 13 week assignment.

Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Skilled
Licenses: OT-CA(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS
Weekends: Tues-Sat schedule
Scrub Colors: any color scrubs or business casual
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
