OT needed for a 13 week assignment in Macon, GA. Inpatient rehab setting primarily with some outpatient cases.

Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Rehab
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: OT-GA(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
AND
Occupational Therapist, Outpatient
Experience: 1 year
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months
