Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year ( New Grad Accepted)
Licenses: OT-CA
Float: Only as needed at nearby Hayward Facility
References: 1 Reference in entire work history



Preferred Qualifications
CA License
Skilled Nursing Experience
COVID Vaccination/Booster OR Approved AMN Declination
Rehab Optima Preferred
