Occupational Therapist - Skilled - (OT)

Reputable SNF is looking for a highly motivated and energetic occupational therapist to join the team in Fresno, CA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year ( New Grad Accepted)
Licenses: OT-CA
Certifications: BLS
Weekends: Discuss during interview
Float: Up to 20 miles, only if needed (not mentioned as part of this need)

Preferred Qualifications
Skilled Nursing Experience
Must have Active CA License
Covid Vaccination + Booster or Approved Declination (Sign Consonus Declination Forms)
Rehab Optima and BLS Preferred
Productivity: 90 %
