Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist - (Cardio - CI Tech - CVIT)
StartDate: 11/18/2024 Available Shifts: 10 D Pay Rate: $1825.76 - $2103.59
IR Tech needed asap for 13 weeks 4 x 10's - 7:00AM - 5:30PM Call Requirements: Four ten-hour shifts per week, monthly call shift burden: goal = <15, float as needed, Must arrive in less than 30 minutes when called in. Type of Equipment: GE Imaging Documentation System: MacLab and Meditech Must have: (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH) · RN, ACLS, BLS · RCIS or any procedural/cardiology-centered certification · Vascular IR procedural experience, Knowledge of Cath Lab/IR protocols and procedures · Neuro-interventional experience · High-level communication skills 1 year experience List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s): · Full scope of Interventional radiology procedures, including structural (TAVR, Mitra Clip), Carotid stenting, Peripheral arterial cases, Lumbar punctures Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently) · CVT, ARRT, RCIS Scrub Color – Surgical Scrubs, Unit will provide
Required Qualifications
Vascular Interventional Technologist, Vascular Experience: 1 year Licenses: RAD-FL Certifications: BLS-AHA; ACLS-AHA; RCIS-Cardiovascular Credentialing International SSN Required DOB Required RCIS or any procedural/cardiology-centered certification
· Vascular IR procedural experience, Knowledge of Cath Lab/IR protocols and procedures
· Neuro-interventional experience
· High-level communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently)
· CVT, ARRT, RCIS
