CT Tech needed asap SHIFT: DAYS 7A-7P (3x12's); SUNDAY, FRIDAY, AND SATURDAY REQUIREMENTS: American Heart Association (AHA) Approved Certifications FLU VACCINE REQUIRED DURING OCTOBER 2024-MARCH 2025 FLU SEASON - DECLINATIONS NOT ACCEPTED REQUIRED: ARRT (IN CT PREFERRED) BLS (AHA) WV LICENSE (WEST VIRGINIA MEDICAL IMAGING & RADIATION THERAPY TECHNOLOGY BOARD OF EXAMINERS) CERNER PREFERRED REQUIRED: ANY MISSED SHIFT REQUIRES WORKING A MAKE-UP SHIFT DURING THE SAME WORK WEEK (IF POSSIBLE) OR DURING THE SAME PAY PERIOD (IF NOT POSSIBLE DURING THE SAME WORK WEEK) TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFORMATION OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED *Previously employed CAMC permanent staff will have to wait 2 years before being hired as a traveler.* MUST INCLUDE PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS AND SS# ON THE SUBMISSION TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY

Licenses: RAD-WV
Certifications: BLS-AHA; CTTECH-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
SSN Required
DOB Required
