Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1797.24 - $2070.73

PT needed asap for 13 weeks Physical Therapists are responsible for the evaluation of patients referred for physical therapy treatment, formulation of a treatment plan and goals, and administration of the physical therapy treatments.They will be active in inpatient and outpatient services, interacting with all hospital departments and medical staff. Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy and a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of California. American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification required. Ability to work effectively with patients, peers, physicians, and ancillary departments. Minimum of one year PT experience preferred. Will work in our Mammoth Lakes, CA outpatient clinic. We can provide dorm-style housing (depending on availability) in completely self-sufficient apartments for a monthly cost. The rental cost depends on the size of the dorm. We have two different styles of apartments: one-bedroom apartments and studios. Each apartment has its own private kitchen and bathroom. The one-bedrooms include a kitchen/living area with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and flat-screen tv. They also have separate bedroom with a full size bed, a desk, bathroom with shower/tub, and a wardrobe. Each studio has a kitchenette with a smaller refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, full-size bed, desk, wardrobe, flat-screen television, and bathroom. All apartments are furnished with living area furniture and counter stools.

Physical Therapist, Outpatient
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA
On Call: $2 per hour pager - 2 hr min
SSN Required
DOB Required

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of one year PT experience preferred.
