SETTING: HOME CARE Day shift GWW: 36 NO CALL AT LEAST 2 IN HOME CARE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED No Floating MAINE OT LICENSE, BLS Patient Ratios: CASELOAD OF APPROX 18, MINIMUM OF FIVE UNITS PER DAY Equipment: PROVIDED AGENCY LAPTOP AND PHONE EMR: EPIC Must Have Skills/Experience: EPIC AND HOME CARE Type of Patients on Unit: GENERAL MEDICAL, ORTHO, NEURO ORGANIZED, COLLABORATIVE, FLEXIBLE Scrub Color: NON-SPECIFIC, MAY WEAR SCRUBS OR BUSINESS CASUAL Any unacceptable attire: OPEN TOED SHOES
