Certified Radiology Technologist - (RAD Tech)
StartDate: 11/4/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1906.66 - $2196.81

Acute Care Hospital in AR Gould Presque Isle, ME needs a Rad Tech (Xray) for a 13-week contract. Rad position will be days 8-4. M-F. (will be on call rotation during weekends-very rare we are called in though) There will be come evening coverage here in there from 3-11. 7 week schedules Specific shift will vary based on need – specifics will be sent over with requisition for interview (check with CRT if you do not receive this) Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience? Yes – would prefer more Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes Required Licensure and Certifications: BLS ARRT (R) required ME State license Skills required: OR/C-arm experience Experience with above patient types Fluoroscopy experience – if traveler has not done Fluoro but is strong overall, send to manager for approval prior to offer vs. declining Care areas: Outpatient, Inpatient – ED/ICU/MedSurg, Operating Room Primarily Adult/Geriatrics with some Peds Fluoroscopy, C-Arm in OR, Ortho & Ortho Trauma, ICU, MedSurg, ER (CXRAY, AB scans, Vascular) EMR: Cerner PACS: Enterprise Imaging AGFA Equipment: 1st imaging room: Siemens 2nd imaging room: T-Rad with Siemens ART PIX to make it digital (general Xray room) Fluoroscopy unit – Cannon Ultimax Hybrid C-arm (General Radiology procedures + Pain Clinic) Operating Room: Phillips C-Arm Mobile units: Phillips C-arms, Siemens Portable (Digital), GE AMX 4 portable, Mini C-arm for Ortho scans Orientation: 1-1.5 weeks, based on experience/comfort level Scrub Color: any solid color as long as professional, or provided by facility if needed Parking: Free

Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year current Xray experience including with OR/C-Arm. Must have experience with Primarily Adult/Geriatrics with some Peds. MUST be experienced and comfortable working in OR, Inpatient, Mobile, General imaging.

BLS; ARRT (CT) required; ME State license
