Job Description & Requirements
Occupational Therapist - Long-term Acute Care - (OT - Acute)
StartDate: 1/6/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2130.54 - $2454.75

Skilled Nursing home environment with 50-60 beds in need of a temporary OT to work with adult and geriatric patients 40 hours/week. Primary schedule is Monday-Friday but candidate may need to schedule some patients on Saturdays. Free on-site parking is available.

Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Long Term Acute Care
Licenses: OT-WI
Certifications: BLS
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

current Wisconsin License for Occupational Therapy

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with senior adults in a skilled nursing environment
