StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1401.22 - $1614.44
Texas licensed PT needed for 360/Inpatient Acute Care Unit in Ft. Worth. Trauma Level 1. Mondays-Fridays 8a-5p. Acute care experience required.
Required Qualifications

Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 0 day of gap in entire work history
