Occupational Therapist - Outpatient - (OT)
StartDate: 10/28/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1588.34 - $1830.05

OT needed asap Shift Hours: M-Th 8a - 5:30p and Fri 8a - 12p *must be flexible The intent of the split schedule would be 3 days in one clinic, 2 days in the other clinic. Weekend Requirement: None On-Call Requirement: None 13 weeks Occupational Therapist OP, traveler will need to be flexible. Position will be split between Mount Jackson and Strasburg location. Facility: Shenandoah Memorial Hospital (Mount Jackson & Strasburg Clinic) Facility Dept/Cost Center#: Shenandoah Memorial Hospital - Strasburg /307098 ***Please make sure VA License is included or status of License with all submission or it will be rejected.*** Facility: Shenandoah Memorial Hospital (Mount Jackson & Strasburg Clinic) Certification Required: BLS (must be AHA) & VA License, 2 years experience
