Occupational Therapist - Outpatient - (OT)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1652.74 - $1904.25

OT - outpatient/ acute needed asap Education and Experience Requirements: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; no experience necessary Current license from the State of Illinois Current BLS required (or obtained within 6 months of hire); ACLS preferred Skills: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer knowledge Knowledge of blood borne pathogens, universal precautions, hazardous chemicals and fire and safety policies and procedures

Required Qualifications
