We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to assess and treat patients with a wide range of physical conditions. In this role, you will create personalized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, strength, and overall function, while also promoting long-term health and wellness.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to address patients’ needs.
• Educate patients on self-care strategies, injury prevention, and wellness practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient treatments and progress in accordance with clinic policies.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Virginia.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Passion for patient-centered care and promoting long-term wellness.
