Position (needing coverage): Interim Physical Therapist

Setting: Inpatient



What skills are required: Inpatient 1 or more years



Dates of Coverage needed: Feb 3, 10 or 17th for start day for 16 weeks, longer if needed/possibility of extension



Coverage Hours needed: PT can do 4, 10 hour shifts, specifically Fri, Sat, Sun, and Mon OR 5, 8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday with flexing to Sun or Sat 1-2 times a month based on staffing needs.







Is the specific state license required? Yes Florida



Is weekend coverage needed? Yes, see above



Site/Facility Specialty Areas: Acute/Ortho > everything



Staff Size: 1 OT, 2 COTA, 2 PT, 1 PTA



Job responsibilities: Eval, re-eval, progress notes, treatments and discharges + supervision of COTA’s and PTA’s for PT.
