Skilled/Rehab and Home Health - Post Acute or Long Term residents and Outpatients

New Grads Welcomed Therapy Supervisor, Director, and Clinical Specialist support

Skilled/Rehab and Home Health - Post Acute or Long Term residents and Outpatients

50% Estherville, Iowa SNF

50% Jackson, Minnesota SNF and HH in that area

Will need both Minnesota and Iowa licenses but can start with one active license. Iowa is compact.

Occasional Windom SNF coverage

Drive Time and Mileage paid between facilities and during Home Health travel

1 PTA to supervise

Software - Netsmart for Home Health and Net Health for SNF - training available

Offering at least 13 weeks and option for longer term - 1 year

Flexibility in schedule for time off requested or to shift worked days: Normal is M-F could do Su-Th to have F off

Guaranteed - 36 hours
