Occupational Therapist / OT

Traveler position

90% Outpatient and 10% inpatient

13 weeks, possible extension

5x8 - 1-2 hours every 4-5th weekend required

Works with geriatrics adults adolescents and peds

Block scheduling

1 year of outpatient experience required

Wisconsin license required - Will accept subs with pending license must have active WI license prior to start
Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00
