Speech Language Pathologist / SLP
Traveler position
Acute Rehab setting
Evaluate standardized speech/language tests, conduct swallowing evaluations, evaluate patients' capabilities, develop treatment plans and monitor patients' progress.
Will be required to see patients on med/surg units as well as the acute rehab unit. Video fluoroscopic studies may also be requested.
200 bed hospital with Acute Rehab Unit (23 beds)
Daytime shift Mon-Fri with weekend rotation.
EPIC EMR
13 weeks, possible extension
8-4:30 Monday through Friday plus weekend rotation (typically 1 Saturday per month)
40 hours guaranteed
Urbana, Illinois
Illinois license preferred, but Illinois endorsement is accepted
